The unkempt lobby deserves serious attention!!! Stains and dirt on the walls indicate neglect!!! An elevator would be a huge improvement for guests on the third floor!!!

Had a great experience at Dickinson Inn! The King Room was super comfy with plenty of hot water for relaxing baths. The air conditioning worked great, and I really appreciated the flat-screen TV for some evening entertainment.
There was no elevator, which made carrying our bags up to the third floor a bit tricky.

The King Room was really comfy! The bed was nice enough to have a good night's sleep. The air conditioning was on point, keeping the room just right.
